Regarding TCS
  • TCS 5% APPLICABLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL BOOKING ITS MANDATORY FROM 1ST OCT 2020 ITS NOT AN ADDITIONAL TAX. IT IS A TAX WHICH IS COLLECTED BY TOUR OPERATOR & WILL BE CREDITED TO CLIENT PAN ON TIME TO TIME BASIS. CLIENT CAN USE THIS TCS ON THE TIME OF FILLING OF INCOME TAX RETURN.
  • TCS 5% AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE BOOKING CONFIRMED. TCS CAN’T BE REVERSAL.
  • Clients will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors/ third party vendors such as Hotels, Airlines, Destination Management Companies, Cruise, and Insurance etc.
Regarding TAX
  • GST IS APPLICABLE AS PER THE CGST ACT 2016, AND AMENDMENT THEREOF
Payment Policy:
  • Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 25% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
  • Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
  • Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization.
Amendment Rules:

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

Refund Rules:

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked OR will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.

From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of 10% per person

30 -15 Days prior to departure  25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost 
07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

COMPANY reserves its right to cancel the booking being made by you or even amend the same, if necessary without assigning any reasons thereof. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. As per the policy of the company, the company in its best endeavours shall book alternate Hotels for you, after confirming the dates with you. However, at no point of time shall our Company shall be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damage or any other expense or business loss suffered by you due to the cancellation or amendment of the tour package booked by you.

CANCELLATION FOR WANT OF BALANCE PAYMENT:

The tour package booked by you, can be canceled for want of balance payment of tour package, wherein after subsequent request you have failed to deposit the balance payment In such a case we reserves the rights to cancel the tour package and shall recover the balance amount, if any from you after adjusting the advance received. Please note that after applying the cancellation policy, if there is any amount which is to be refunded it shall be remitted only by way of a cheque which shall be drawn in the name of the person whose name the booking is made. Company shall not take any request of remittance of the amount to any third party or of remittance in form of cash as the same is against the company policy.

Other Terms :-
  • Client means the person/persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
  • Independent contractors means “Hotelier/Hotel Owner”, Owner of any airline or shipping company to railway, ferry boat owner/operator/coach owner/ or any other person who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.
  • The company shall in no circumstances, whatsoever, be liable to the client for: any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any misadventure however caused. Any act, omission, default or independent contractor or other person or any servant or agent employed by them who maybe engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities one service for the client or for any other person traveling with him howsoever caused. The temporary or permanent loss or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused in this condition the expression “howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
  • No liability on part of the company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility, shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
  • If the client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any of the independent Contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent Contractor and copy thereof to the A Plus Office where the booking had been made on his return. This will enable our company to take the matter with the independent Contractor so that in future other client do not face any difficulty.
  • Each of these condition shall be severable from the other. If any provision where invalid, illegal or unenforceable. Then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.
  • . It is mandatory that you purchase the overseas Travel Insurance Policy from the Insurance Company named and Identified by us.
  • The foreign exchange payments are subject to RBI/GOI rules & regulations. On behalf of the person(s) Named in the booking form I have read, understood and accepted Terms & Conditions at mentioned hereinabove.

NOTE: This is merely an estimate and no reservation has been made as yet. The booking is subject to the availability of the air seats, Transport, sightseeing and the hotels.
